You are allowed to cancel your order by requesting to do so within 24 hours of placing it with us. We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been passed on for processing/fulfilment.

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via the original form of payment within approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the payment provider/banking process.

Orders placed on a Cash-on-Delivery basis will be governed by the applicable cancellation and refund conditions stipulated by Fateh Couture.

Fateh Couture reserves the right to review all transactions and accounts if there are suspicions that they have been used for fraudulent, unauthorised, or unusual activities.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions or restrict accounts at our own discretion if suspicious fraudulent activity occurs, or when necessary to ensure security and legal compliance.

We also retain the right to reject further orders from you.

COD (Cash on Delivery) may be an option to pay for eligible orders worth up to ₹50,000, based on your delivery location, product eligibility, etc. Please note that if we cannot reach you to confirm your COD order, it may be delayed or cancelled.

You must ensure that you provide accurate payment information and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. Your payment information will be provided to an authorised payment service provider for processing. We may also share your information with other companies as needed to process payments on your behalf, including for anti-fraud purposes. Additional charges for delivery/shipping may apply depending on your destination and order.

We aim to process and fulfil all orders within approximately 3 to 4 weeks (where applicable). Delivery times can vary based on product availability, destination, quality checks, logistics providers and other circumstances outside our control. We aim to deliver your entire order in one shipment but may split it into multiple shipments if needed for timely delivery.

Where we are unable to fulfil an order because of product availability, supplier issues or quality concerns, Fateh Couture has the right to cancel that order and issue an applicable refund per the relevant terms and conditions.

All trademarks, logos, photographs, product images, designs, texts and all other forms of intellectual property appearing on this website are owned by Fateh Couture or the appropriate owner(s).
