There are some rules about how to use the website [www.fatehcouture.com] (http://www.fatehcouture.com), which is called the "Site." This Agreement explains those rules. If the User accesses or uses this Site, they understand and agree to all of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS written in this page. You can't give someone else the right to use the Site because it's your own. It is up to users to make sure that their login information, such as passwords, is always kept secret.

The user agrees that even though the internet is usually a safe place to be, there may be interruptions and technical issues that are out of Fateh Couture's ("Company") control. The user also agrees that the Company is not responsible for any data loss that happens during online transmissions while the user is using the internet.

The Company does everything possible to make sure that the Site is always available, but there are times when it may not be because of unexpected technology problems or regular Site maintenance.

At any time, accessibility could be stopped, delayed, or ended, and the User accepts and understands that this could happen. Any part of the Site, including but not limited to the content, features, hours of operation, or ways to access the Site, can be changed or removed by Fateh Couture at any time and without warning.

The User confirms that they have read and understood Fateh Couture's Privacy Policy in full. Should you choose to keep using the Site, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.

Users are not allowed to reverse-engineer, change, copy, share, broadcast, show, perform, reproduce, print, license, make derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software they get from the Site. This deal has been made. It is only okay to make small copies of information from Fateh Couture's website if they are properly credited and written permission is obtained first.

It is strictly banned to copy any of the content on the Site in large or unlimited amounts, to change the content without permission, or to use any of the content for business gain.

The Site is only open to people who are legally able to make legally binding arrangements, as defined by the Indian Contract Act of 1872. This includes people who are "incompetent to contract," like children and people who have lost all their money. These people are not allowed to use the Site or sign up for an account.

You can't sign up for the Site or do business there if you are younger than 18. The account that was set up with the company by a parent or legal guardian must be used for all orders. If it comes to our attention that a child has joined, we reserve the right to suspend the account right away.

Please note that by using the Site, you agree that you are of legal age to make a legally binding deal and that you are not legally prevented from getting services. When you sign up, you agree to give accurate and complete information. If Fateh Couture finds out that the information you gave is fake or incomplete, they reserve the right to stop or delete your account.

It is your responsibility to keep your account information safe, and you agree that you are responsible for all activities that happen under your account, whether they are allowed or not. You agree that you will let us know right away if you see something that isn't allowed.

Only people who are supposed to be there can get into the safe parts of the website. If someone tries to get in without permission, they could be sued.

"Your Information" on this site means any data, text, images, or other materials you give through the Site, like when you register, list something, post something, send an email, or make a message. You are the only one who can change information that is personal to you. It's possible that the Site will be used as an indirect way for people to find and read your work.

Fateh Couture can block users from using its services if they break the rules, post content that isn't allowed, or otherwise break the terms of service. This is allowed by the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

You are not permitted to share, store, publish, or post any content that: It is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or harmful to minors; it violates intellectual property; it lies, impersonates, or breaks any law; it contains viruses or malicious code; it threatens national security or public order; or it makes the Company responsible. In these cases, the content belongs to someone else without permission.

A user is responsible for getting all the tools they need to reach the Site, such as the internet, devices, and so on. They are also responsible for paying for everything that goes along with this. When someone uses the site, Fateh Couture is not responsible for any damage that might happen to their computer.

There are many steps taken to make sure the colours of the items are shown as accurately as possible. There are, however, differences between platforms and how the screen is set up, so the real colours may look different. There's no way for us to know for sure that the colour representation is correct.

When you use the Site or talk to us online, you are giving us permission to send you electronic messages. Notice that is sent through the Site in the form of emails, texts, and alerts may be seen as sufficient service.

We give you a limited license that can't be given to anyone else so that you can view and use the Site for your own purposes. The following are not allowed by this licence:

Copying account or product information; linking or framing without permission; uploading content that violates intellectual property rights; using robots, scraping tools, or data extraction techniques; putting too much stress on our infrastructure; and getting around security measures are all examples of illegal activities.

Your entry rights will be taken away right away if you do anything that isn't allowed.

There may be links on the Site to other people's websites. It is not Fateh Couture's job to keep an eye on these websites, and the company is not responsible for their content, services, or accessibility. It is completely up to the person to decide if they want to view websites that belong to other people.

We do everything we can to offer competitive prices, but we can't promise that we will always have the lowest prices. Prices and supply can change at any time without notice.

In the event that a product is listed with the wrong price or information, we reserve the right to cancel or change your order and let you know. If you have already paid, the amount will be returned to your card or account.

You can't get your money back for orders that were paid for with cash on delivery (COD). The offer of free shipping, discount coupons, and other promotions is subject to certain conditions being met, and we reserve the right to end them at any time.

Our right to cancel any order is based on the following:

Here are some examples of problems that could happen: Not being able to get a product; mistakes with the price or spelling; not doing enough supplies; problems with verification.

As long as the order is withdrawn after payment has been made, the return will be given. You can't get your money back for money-on-delivery orders.

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to send a refund request. If an order has already been handled, you can't cancel it. Refunds will be sent to the user's original way of payment within ten to fifteen business days, as long as the method is still valid.

Fateh Couture keeps an eye on user accounts to search for signs of a scam. Users who try to commit scams could be taken to court. We can close down suspicious accounts and stop any future sales without having to do anything.

Possible for orders worth up to ₹50,000, depending on where the deliveries can be made and whether they are limited to certain things or users.

Not being able to reach you to confirm the COD gives us the right to delay or stop the shipment.

When you give your credit card information, you agree that it is correct and belongs to you. Payment information won't be shared with anyone else unless it's needed to check for scams or meet legal standards. We are not responsible for credit cards that are used without permission.

In this case, "AS IS" means that none of the things, information, or services on the website are guaranteed in any way. If the object comes with any promises, they come from the company that made or provided it.

Fateh Couture doesn't promise that you'll be able to view the site without any problems, that the information is correct, or that sites that are linked to it will work properly. Another thing is that Fateh Couture is not responsible for any harm that might come from using this information.

Fateh Couture is not responsible for any losses that happen because of the following, whether they are direct, indirect, incidental, special, or in the end.

Intangible losses can include things like buying things on the Site, not being able to use the Site, getting into it without permission, losing money, data, trust, or other intangible things.

By agreeing to do the following, you are protecting Fateh Couture, its companies, leaders, employees, and partners from any claims that might come up because of it.

All of these things: you breaking the law, breaking these Terms, or infringing on other people's rights.

The price of a purchase includes any taxes that apply. The tax rate depends on where the delivery is going to be made. It's possible that the right fees will be added to the cost of shipping.

We try to fill orders within three to four weeks, but we can't promise that we will. It depends on how quickly the things can be delivered and where they need to be sent. It's possible for delays to happen because of issues with the provider, the delivery, strikes, or quality checks.

There needs to be a name on arrival, and that's when the responsibility shifts to the person who got the package.

We could send you more packages to complete your orders.

If we can't deliver because of not having enough, trouble with the seller, or worries about quality, you can stop and return the order (except for cash on delivery).

All of the brands, information, pictures, images, and other things you see on the Site belong to Fateh Couture or one of its partners. It is illegal to copy, distribute, or use this work for business reasons without permission.

Individual users can only save or print content for their own private, non-business needs.

As far as this Agreement goes, there is no language that makes you and Fateh Couture equal partners or agents. You have given us your postal address or email address, so we may send you notifications there.

The other parts of this deal will still be good even if some of them are found to be unenforceable.

The rights that this Agreement gives to Fateh Couture can be given to someone else without the parties' permission first.

The Company can take away your access right away if they see any kind of abuse or violation.
